Amazing day centre.
My son absolutely loves weekends/school holidays at Chapter One.
My son absolutely loves attending, the staff have really got to know him. I've been put at ease that I've found a safeplace while being able to explore and have fun for him. Staff and the Manager Paige are really easy to communicate with if you have any questions or concerns.

Safe and Caring Environment!
My daughter looks forward to her sessions at chapter one and always comes out smiling and doesn't want to leave. There is so much for my daughter to do and the staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I would highly recommend chapter one.

Safe and happy with staff that care!
The staff are all amazing and my son gets really excited when he knows he is going there. The staff get to know the children really well and have activities ready that they know each one will engage with. They genuinely seem to care about the children and the new environment at Tuffley is just perfect. Lots of outdoor space and plenty of indoor rooms to use too. I never hesitate leaving my son with them - something never to be undervalued.

My son loves club, he loves playing but mostly he loves the carers (especially Alfie!) because they meet him where he is at with his quirky interests and help him to engage with lots of new experiences.

I said it last week, but I’m gonna say it again, what a credit your staff are to you!!! 🙌🏻 Steph took some boxes of biscuits in for the staff today as it was Lawries last day, and the instant gratitude from the girls on the gate, followed by a beautiful DoJo from the always polite “Mr Potter” makes us even more thankful Lawrie has you guys! 🤗

Thank you so so much for this handover this is perfect Darcie has come in super happy and sounds like she has had an amazing time. Thank you to all staff who helped look after Darcie the work you all do is amazing and I’m so so grateful to you all. Darcie absolutely loves coming to chapter one and I’m feeling so much more settled about this big change.
