Service Description
Our birthday party hire offers a truly inclusive, accessible space where children can celebrate in a way that feels safe, joyful, and right for them. Set within our purpose-built building, parties include access to our two-storey soft play, sports hall and garden area, sensory room, and messy play room. The space is designed to support a wide range of needs, whether that’s high-energy play, sensory exploration, or quieter moments to reset. The sports hall has space available for a bouncy castle should you wish to include one. This would need to be booked and provided by the family, as it is not something we supply directly. You’ll also have access to a kitchen area for food and refreshments, along with a fully accessible changing room. Ceiling hoists and portable hoists are available if required, helping to ensure the space is genuinely accessible for all children and families. Parties are priced at £250 for a two-hour hire, which includes a £50 refundable deposit. As long as the space is left clean, tidy, and with no damage to equipment or facilities, the deposit will be returned following the party, bringing the overall cost to £200. Availability is limited due to the building also being used for our short breaks and alternative provision services. This allows us to carefully manage bookings and ensure every party receives the time, care, and attention it deserves. Cancellation Policy
To ensure our building and equipment remain safe, clean, and enjoyable for all families, the following deposit and hire conditions apply to all birthday party bookings. Deposit Information A £50.00 refundable deposit is required as part of the party booking. This deposit is included within the total hire cost and is intended to cover cleaning and potential damage. The deposit will be refunded following the party provided that: The building and all used areas are left clean and tidy Floors are hoovered and mopped where required All rubbish is removed from the building No damage has occurred to equipment, fixtures, or facilities If additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required, the deposit may be retained in full or in part. Cancellations and Changes The £50.00 deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or changed at any point prior to the event, including date or time changes. Use of Soft Play and Sensory Room For safety and hygiene reasons: No food or drink is permitted within the soft play area Shoes must not be worn in the soft play area at any time These rules must be followed by all children and adults using the space. Hire Agreement Once the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed, a Hire Agreement Form will be issued. This must be signed and returned prior to the party taking place. Failure to complete the hire agreement may result in the booking being cancelled. By proceeding with a booking, families agree to comply with this policy to help us maintain a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for everyone.
