Service Description
Birthday Party Hire Our birthday party hire offers a truly inclusive and accessible space where children can celebrate in a way that feels safe, joyful and right for them. Set within our purpose-built building, your party will have exclusive access to a fantastic range of facilities, including our two-storey soft play, sports hall and garden area, sensory room and messy play room. Our space has been designed to support a wide range of needs and interests, whether that means high-energy play, sensory exploration, messy fun, or simply having somewhere quieter to take a moment and reset. Our sports hall also has space available for a bouncy castle, should you wish to include one as part of your celebration. Bouncy castles are not supplied by us and would need to be booked and provided separately by the family. You will also have access to a kitchen area for preparing and serving food and refreshments, along with a fully accessible changing room. Ceiling hoists and portable hoists are available if required, helping us to ensure our space is genuinely accessible and welcoming for all children and families. Party Hire: £300 Your booking includes: 2 hours of exclusive party hire 30 minutes before your party to set up 30 minutes after your party to tidy up Access to all of the party facilities listed above A £50 refundable deposit, included within the £300 booking price Provided the building is left clean and tidy, with no damage to our equipment or facilities, the £50 deposit will be refunded following your party. This means the final cost of your party hire is £250 once your deposit has been returned. The additional set-up and tidy-up time is completely separate from your booking, so you still receive your full two hours of exclusive party time. Availability & Booking Our party availability is limited as the building is also home to our Short Breaks and Alternative Provision services. By carefully managing our availability, we can make sure every party has exclusive use of the space and the time needed to enjoy everything our building has to offer. All live availability can be viewed on our website, where bookings can also be made directly online. Full details and available dates and times will be shown at the point of booking. Cancellation Policy
To ensure our building and equipment remain safe, clean, and enjoyable for all families, the following deposit and hire conditions apply to all birthday party bookings. Deposit Information A £50.00 refundable deposit is required as part of the party booking. This deposit is included within the total hire cost and is intended to cover cleaning and potential damage. The deposit will be refunded following the party provided that: The building and all used areas are left clean and tidy Floors are hoovered and mopped where required All rubbish is removed from the building No damage has occurred to equipment, fixtures, or facilities If additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required, the deposit may be retained in full or in part. Cancellations and Changes The £50.00 deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or changed at any point prior to the event, including date or time changes. Use of Soft Play and Sensory Room For safety and hygiene reasons: No food or drink is permitted within the soft play area Shoes must not be worn in the soft play area at any time These rules must be followed by all children and adults using the space. Hire Agreement Once the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed, a Hire Agreement Form will be issued. This must be signed and returned prior to the party taking place. Failure to complete the hire agreement may result in the booking being cancelled. By proceeding with a booking, families agree to comply with this policy to help us maintain a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for everyone.
