At Chapter One, we provide a supportive and inclusive space for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs. Our services include Short Breaks, Community Support, Education, and Mentoring, all designed to help children feel safe, valued, and celebrated.
Based in Gloucestershire, we work closely with families to build confidence, independence, and opportunities for every child. Whether through after-school activities, weekend short breaks, or personalised education and mentoring, our aim is to create a community where care, learning, and fun come together.

The Foundation Is Open! 🎉💚💙
From Vision to Reality
After months of planning, building and hope… we’re thrilled to announce that The Foundation is officially open and welcoming our children, young people and families.
This isn’t just a building. It’s a 9,000 sq ft space built for belonging, growth and fun, created especially for children and young people with additional needs across Gloucestershire.
We’re already supporting over 110 wonderful young people, and we know there are many more families waiting. With this space, we can reach further, care more deeply and build brighter futures together.
